TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:

• In order to reserve a spot in this event, you MUST sign up a complete team (2 players) AND make an online payment when you register. Cost of each team is $80. Coed B will be discounted to $40 per team. 
• Registration open on Sunday before the weekend tournament at 7:00 PM. Online registration closes on Friday before the weekend tournament at 3:00 PM. If space is available, walk ons are accepted. Price for walk ons are $90 per team (Only cash and Venmo accepted for walk ons)
• All players must have a current Silver or Gold tier AVP membership. 
• Men's and women's divisions play on Saturday; coed divisions play on Sunday. All coed divisions use "reverse coed" rules. 
• Each division needs at least 4 teams to run. If a division doesn't have enough teams to run, teams/players have the option to be fully refunded or move to the next available higher division. 
• Location: Easton's Beach 175 Memorial Blvd, Newport, RI 02840
• Saturday tournament arrival times: all divisions prior to 8:45 AM. 
• Sunday tournament arrival time: all divisions prior to 9:30 AM. 
• Inclement weather policy: NVC will not cancel a tournament due to light, intermittent rain or passing showers, but we will cancel if the forecast calls for persistent showers and/or thunderstorms. Tournament cancellations will be posted on NVC's Facebook page by 7:30 AM for a Saturday tournament, and 8:30 AM for a Sunday tournament. Teams will also be contacted via email. If a tournament is canceled, all online payments will be refunded.
